All services are subject to availability, location, and staff scheduling.

2. Booking & Scheduling

Bookings may be made online, by phone, or through our contact forms.

Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message via email or text.

We reserve the right to reschedule or refuse services for safety, accessibility, or other reasonable concerns.

Please ensure we have accurate property access instructions and any necessary gate codes or building entry details.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

If our cleaners arrive and are unable to access your property, a lockout fee may be charged.

4. Pricing & Payments

Prices shown on our website or estimate forms are estimates only and may vary after inspection based on home size, condition, and additional tasks requested.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

We accept major credit cards, online payments, and other approved payment methods.

Late or failed payments may result in service suspension until the balance is cleared.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our cleaning.
If you are unsatisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a re-clean or reasonable resolution at no additional charge.
We do not offer refunds once a service has been rendered, except where required by law.

6. Access & Safety

Clients must provide safe working conditions and access to running water and electricity.

Our cleaners cannot move heavy furniture, climb ladders over 6 feet, or handle hazardous materials.

We reserve the right to stop work if conditions are unsafe or unsanitary beyond reasonable expectation.

7. Personal Items & Valuables

Please secure jewelry, cash, or other valuables before your appointment.
While we take great care, Friendly Cleaning Service PA is not liable for loss or damage to unsecured items unless caused by proven negligence.
